When it's time to select contractors to bid on your project, you want detailed information about the contractors themselves so you can make the best selection for your needs.

We give you the opportunity to select a location and radius to search Within. You can then filter those results by whether the contractor specializes in certain roof types and manufacturers. Also, all contractors will have ratings based upon other buyers' feedback.

If you want more information about a specific contractor, just click on their name to review the contractor's profile.

When you start receiving bids, you can review and compare the bids as they come in. If you require more information or have questions about a bid, send a message to the contractor by clicking "Negotiate."

When you are ready to make your purchase, select the bid and click on "Award." A notification of intent will be sent to the awarded contractor.

You can continue to manage your project from the "Awarded" stage in your portfolio. After your project is completed, you will be able to rate the contractor. Your feedback will provide valuable information to future buyers and enhance the RoofBidsNow.com contractor network.

OPM is a feature that is available on all of your roof projects. When you specify that you would like the winning bidder to include OPM, you will receive daily reports with photos of all the work done for that day. You will be notified of the percentage of work completed, as well as the overall completion percentage of your project. These reports will be sent to your email and will also be filed in your portfolio. These reports are yours, and can be kept for your records.
