Post Your Company Profile

When you join us as a RoofBidsNow contractor, you create a company profile showcasing your company's qualities for potential buyers.

You'll provide not only your company info, but also featured projects and select the type of roofing and/or manufacturer(s) you specialize in.

The more information you can provide, the better your chances of being invited to and awarded bids!

Review Your Opportunities

From your portfolio, you can manage all projects you are bidding. From this one area, you can see what stage a project is in, and select how you want to handle each opportunity.

Each area has different information, but at any time, you can click on a project to get more detailed information:

  1. All Opportunities - This page lists all projects you have been invited to, regardless of the project's status.
  2. Open Opportunties - This area gives you a summary of projects you have been invited to bid. It lists where the project is located, and when the bid is due. In the project detail area, you can post a bid, respond to messages, or decline the invitation.
  3. Bid Awarded - The projects in this section have been awarded to your company, but you have not yet begun work on them.
  4. In Production - These are projects which you have been awarded. Here it shows you the contract amount and the project start date. In the project detail area, you can view the bids to see how all contractors compared, or you can decline the project award.
  5. Completed - These are projects which have been marked as completed by the buyer. It shows the contract price and the completion date. You can also view buyer feedback and have a chance to respond.
  6. Lost Projects - This area lists projects that you were invited to bid on, but were awarded to other contractors.
